Job Summary:

The  Admissions Advisor serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance and information on CCA’s programs. The role involves  student recruitment, inquiry follow-ups, conducting phone meetings and school tours, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience . Success in this position is measured by enrollment growth, student retention, and satisfaction with the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary contact for academic inquiries, providing clear and detailed information on CCA’s programs.
  • Conduct  phone meetings, virtual/in-person school tours, and admissions consultations .
  • Respond promptly, professionally, and accurately to student inquiries.

Admissions & Enrollment Management

  • Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date  student database (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Collaborate with Student Records and Finance departments to facilitate student onboarding.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Participate in  community outreach events, health expos, and open houses to promote CCA’s programs.
  • Assist in executing admissions-related marketing strategies and initiatives.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain department reports on enrollments, retention rates, and student engagement.
  • Meet performance goals related to  student inquiries, enrollments, and retention .
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: High school diploma required; college coursework or Ayurveda knowledge is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience or 3 years of customer service experience (education/admissions experience preferred).
  • Comfort with  database management and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus).

Work Environment & Benefits:
  • Location: Onsite in Nevada City, CA
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
  • Compensation: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour (includes potential bonuses)
