Job Title: Benefits Analyst
Pay rate: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670
Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some overtime required)
Work Arrangement: First 3 months in-office; hybrid (2 days in-office) after training
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, and compliance of employee benefit programs, leave management, and workers’ compensation. This is a key position that blends day-to-day administration with process improvement, vendor relations, and data analysis.
