With a focus on innovation, precision engineering, and sustainability, the Company is seeking a visionary CEO to lead us through our next phase of scaling, operational optimization, and global market expansion.

Position Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and commercial growth of the company. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead a cross-functional executive team and oversee all aspects of the business, including manufacturing, sales, engineering, finance, and product development.

This role requires a proven leader with experience in data center infrastructure, electrical or mechanical systems manufacturing, or industrial-scale modular product delivery. A strong presence in Chicago, IL is required, though national and global travel may be expected.

Lead Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute a long-term strategic vision aligned with evolving trends in AI, data centers, cloud, and edge infrastructure
  • Build and refine scalable business models, revenue channels, and operational efficiencies
  • Cultivate high-level relationships with hyperscale clients, government bodies, and strategic vendors

Operational & Financial Oversight

  • Oversee all operational functions including manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and logistics
  • Manage P&L, budgets, capital planning, and investor relations
  • Drive KPI performance, production scaling, and margin optimization

Innovation & Product Excellence

  • Partner with CTO/VP Engineering to accelerate R&D and new product development
  • Ensure products meet the highest standards for efficiency, uptime, thermal performance, and sustainability
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for modular, AI-ready, and sustainable infrastructure platforms

Team Development & Culture

  • Build and lead a high-performance executive team and culture of accountability
  • Attract and retain top-tier engineering, operations, and commercial talent
  • Uphold core values of transparency, safety, and customer-centricity

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CEO, President, COO, or SVP in the data infrastructure, electrical systems, modular construction, or industrial manufacturing sectors
  • Deep understanding of data center design, prefabricated modules, critical power, or mechanical systems (cooling, airflow, energy efficiency)
  • Track record of scaling a manufacturing or hardware-focused business from mid-stage to maturity or acquisition
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage complex operational budgets
  • Experience working with hyperscale clients, cloud service providers, or mission-critical environments is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
