Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a high-growth Columbus-based fintech and mortgage innovator on a mission to make homeownership more accessible. You'll support the CEO of Lower - the top tech and mortgage company in the US. This EA will operate very high level, owning and managing the day-to-day flow of information, communications, and scheduling to ensure focus on top priorities for the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Own complex scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for the CEO
• Serve as the point of contact for email, calls, and correspondence—filtering and prioritizing to maximize productivity
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, logistics, and itineraries
• Draft, edit, and prepare executive communications, presentations, and briefing materials
• Track and follow up on deadlines, action items, and deliverables across the leadership team
• Support strategic projects, board preparation, and cross-functional initiatives
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and polished presence
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (experience with scheduling tools a plus)
• High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and judgment
• Based in Columbus, Ohio
