Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary President to lead multiple business divisions across menswear, sportswear, accessories, and off-price channels. This executive role will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring profitability across all assigned categories while building a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Direction: Define and execute long-term growth strategies across core business units.
• Business Leadership: Oversee the full spectrum of operations, including design, product development, merchandising, sales, marketing, and distribution.
• Partnership Growth: Cultivate and expand strong relationships with key retail and distribution partners domestically and internationally.
• Revenue & Profitability: Deliver consistent sales growth and margin improvement through sound business management.
• Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to align divisional goals with broader corporate objectives.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Innovation & Culture: Foster a collaborative and creative work environment that drives forward-thinking solutions.
• Market Insight: Analyze consumer trends, competitive activity, and evolving retail dynamics across both digital and physical channels to identify new opportunities.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure brand positioning and strategies are aligned with the overall corporate vision.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: 10–15 years of progressive senior leadership within the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industries, with a proven track record of scaling businesses.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of consumer behavior, wholesale and retail landscapes, and omnichannel sales strategies.
• Strategic Expertise: Demonstrated success in creating and executing business strategies that deliver results.
• Functional Breadth: Deep knowledge of product development, merchandising, marketing, and sales operations.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire, influence, and lead diverse teams.
• Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and profit optimization.
• Global Perspective: Ability to manage international business relationships and travel as needed.
