Regional Facilities Director | Allied Resources Technical Consultants

About the Position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees daily operations, financial reporting, employee training, and customer service across a team of Facilities Managers, Maintenance & COM Supervisors, and Service Managers.
• Builds and leads a high-performing team to achieve operational goals.
• Reviews and improves operational policies to enhance efficiency.
• Monitors financial and operational performance; collaborates with Project Directors and senior leadership to secure cost-effective, high-quality services.
• Partners with military leaders and project managers to evaluate and improve maintenance and repair programs.
• Ensures regular property inspections and adherence to Regional Facility Director checklists to maintain asset condition.
• Oversees all training, safety, health, risk management, and environmental compliance programs across the portfolio, including hazardous materials handling, safety training documentation, stormwater inspections, LBP and radon assessments, and adherence to asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold remediation protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or trade school preferred.
• Universal HVAC certification and CAMT (or equivalent) highly recommended.
• Requires 5+ years of facilities management experience, with strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
